1. Our Story
A wedding dress becomes part of your memories, photographs and celebrations for years to come. Our work is centred on understanding what a customer wants from that outfit and translating the agreed details into a finished garment.
Shadi Dress’s experience in bridal-making dates back to 2013. Our online business has served customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and France, and ShadiDress.pk is our dedicated store for the Pakistani market.
We focus on individual specifications, careful production and opportunities to review completed work before it is shipped.
2. What We Offer
Custom Bridal Dresses
Designer-inspired bridal lehengas, gowns, maxis, peshwas, shararas, ghararas and other wedding silhouettes, produced according to the approved design and relevant measurements.
Wedding Guest & Formal Wear
Where available in our catalogue, formal and guest wear options for Nikkah, Mehndi, Baraat, Walima, receptions, family celebrations and festive occasions.
Groom Wear
Selected sherwani and related groom wear designs, with size and production requirements reviewed for the particular order.
Design Discussion
Customers may discuss colour, neckline, sleeve shape, silhouette, coverage or other feasible changes before production begins.
Product inclusions, fabric specifications and available customisation depend on the individual listing and agreed order. Please refer to the actual product details rather than assuming every design includes the same accessories or services.
3. Designer-Inspired, Not Designer Originals
Transparency matters. Many of our custom bridal designs are inspired by established Pakistani bridal fashion and contemporary designer collections.
We do not promise that handmade custom work will be an identical replica of a photograph. We discuss feasible design features and agree the material details before production. Small differences inherent in handwork may occur.

Production
The approved design moves through the applicable pattern, fabric, embroidery, stitching and finishing stages. Progress details may be requested.
Final Review & Dispatch
Our team inspects the finished garment and arranges a pre-dispatch video review before packing and shipment.
5. Why Pre-Dispatch Inspection Matters
A made-to-order dress belongs to one customer, with individual measurements and agreed specifications. We therefore encourage concerns to be raised while the garment is still with our team, when corrections are more practical.
During the final video inspection, customers can examine embroidery, finishing, included pieces and relevant measurements. A customer may ask to view specific areas more closely before approving dispatch.
Our Pakistan store has a strict no-change-of-mind return or exchange policy after delivery. This does not remove remedies required by applicable consumer law for materially defective or incorrect items. Please review the Return & Cancellation Policy before ordering.
6. An Online Store With Personal Assistance
Shadi Dress Pakistan is an online-focused business and does not currently operate a public walk-in retail showroom.
Customers in Rawalpindi or Islamabad can enquire about an appointment-only viewing of a completed outfit before dispatch, subject to feasibility. If arranged, our team will privately confirm the appointment location. Please do not travel without confirmation.
Customers across Pakistan can use our remote support and pre-dispatch video inspection process to clarify details before shipment.
7. Delivery Options for Your Wedding Date
For eligible bridal and groom wear orders within Pakistan, our stated delivery options are:

8. Our Approach to Customer Service
We believe customers should know what they are ordering, what it costs and whether it can be ready by their event date. That means discussing fit, design, production limits and delivery expectations early.
We would rather decline an unrealistic urgent deadline than promise a wedding outfit we cannot reasonably finish in time. And we would rather resolve a concern before the dress leaves us than leave a customer uncertain after delivery.
