Bridal gown design starts with the fabric

Choose the fabric before you fall for the embroidery, because the same bridal maxi design behaves differently in each. Velvet can give bridal gowns a fuller drape and deeper-looking colour; organza can add structure, net supports layered effects, and chiffon can fall softly; raw silk, jamawar, banarsi and tissue each bring their own sheen and weight. We work in all of these fabrics, and you can ask for any of them on the design you like.

Sleeves, neckline, length and dupatta are yours to set

On a maxi, small changes show: a full sleeve instead of a short one, a higher or deeper neckline, a longer hem, a lighter or heavier dupatta, more or less embroidery on the bodice. Each of these can be changed on every design at no extra cost, unless you add heavy embroidery or the change counts as major; then we tell you the charge before we begin. Any design can be made in any colour too, so coloured bridal gowns in pastels, gold or deep jewel shades need nothing more than a message.

What you see before your bridal maxi leaves us

A gown is judged in one look, neckline to hem, so use the live video before packing to check the details as well as the whole: the neckline and sleeves, close-ups of the embroidery, the fabric colour under the available lighting, the dupatta and the finished measurements. Feasible corrections are agreed then, before packing, and dispatch waits for your written approval. In Rawalpindi or Islamabad, you can also ask to see the finished maxi in person, by appointment.

How do I make sure a made-to-measure gown fits if I can’t visit?

Start with our measurement guide, and we will explain any measurement that is unclear; standard sizes are offered as well. Customers in Rawalpindi or Islamabad can have measurements taken in person by appointment. Up to two inches of extra seam allowance is left in, so the gown can be let out later. If made-to-measure fitting differs from our agreement, alteration is free.

How early should I order a bridal gown?

We advise three months before the event, which matches Standard Delivery: free, up to three calendar months, with courier delivery already included. Timelines are the same all year. If your date is closer, message us before you order. Rush Delivery and Super Rush cost extra and are accepted only once we confirm your design can be made in time; the agreed date is then confirmed in writing on WhatsApp. All delivery options with their charges are on one page.

How do I pay, and is cash on delivery available?

Order on WhatsApp with at least half the payment, or use the payment options at checkout. Any balance is paid before dispatch. Cash on delivery isn’t available for bridal orders, and you receive a digital invoice by email or WhatsApp.

Can I cancel after ordering?

A bridal order cancelled within 24 hours of being placed is refunded in full. After that and before dispatch, 35% of the amount paid is deducted and 65% refunded. There is no voluntary cancellation after dispatch, and no change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds after delivery for correctly supplied orders.
