1. Bridal & Groom Wear Delivery Options

Choose the option that fits your wedding plans. Charges below are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and apply to eligible, accepted bridal and groom wear orders.

Standard Delivery — Free

The standard option is suited to customers planning ahead. The three-month period includes order production, embroidery, finishing, quality inspection, packaging and courier delivery to an eligible Pakistani address.

Rush Delivery — Rs. 20,000

Rush prioritises the accepted order for an agreed total delivery period of up to 30 calendar days. This additional charge covers accelerated production and delivery.

Super Rush — Rs. 35,000

Our fastest option offers a total delivery period of up to 14 calendar days for eligible orders. Because handmade bridal designs vary in complexity, not every outfit can be accepted for Super Rush. Please obtain confirmation before paying for an urgent order.

2. How Delivery Dates Are Counted

For an accepted order with the required details confirmed at checkout, the timeline begins on the calendar day after the order is placed. For example, if an eligible Rush order is placed and confirmed on 5 November, the 30-day count starts on 6 November.

• The 14-day and 30-day options use calendar days, including weekends and public holidays.
• Standard bridal and groom wear delivery is expressed as up to three calendar months.
• Manufacturing and courier transit are already included in each total timeline.
• If essential measurements or specifications are missing, or the customer later requests a major change, our team will explain any impact on the agreed schedule.

3. Wedding Guest & Formal Wear

Wedding guest and formal outfits may have different preparation and delivery schedules from made-to-order bridal wear.

The exact delivery time and any shipping fee for these products must be confirmed for the relevant product and destination before payment. The bridal delivery charges and three-month timeframe do not automatically apply to guest wear.

If you have a fixed event date, send us the product details and delivery city so we can verify the available timeframe before you order.

5. Delivery Across Pakistan

We serve serviceable addresses across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. Courier coverage and arrangements for remote locations may vary.

Provide your full delivery address, recipient name and a reachable phone number. Please make sure someone is available to accept the parcel. If a destination needs a special delivery arrangement, we will discuss it individually.

6. Pre-Dispatch Video & In-Person Viewing

Before your completed outfit is packed, our video inspection gives you the opportunity to review its appearance and details. You can ask about embroidery, finishing, approved measurements and included pieces.

Customers in Rawalpindi or Islamabad may also enquire about an in-person viewing by prior confirmed appointment, subject to feasibility. We do not currently have a public walk-in retail showroom or a standard collection counter.

7. Address & Order Detail Changes

Contact our team as soon as possible if your address or phone number changes. An update may be possible before dispatch, but courier rerouting may be limited once the parcel has left us.

Changes to a design, size or measurement during production can also affect its schedule. We will discuss feasibility and any additional charges before proceeding.

8. Have an Approaching Wedding Date?

If your event is close, please contact our team before checkout and provide:

• The wedding or event date.
• The product link or reference design.
• Your size and requested customisation.
• Your delivery city.
• Whether you are considering Rush or Super Rush.

We will review the production requirements and tell you if the requested timeline can be accepted. A selected Rush option does not override feasibility checks for unusually complex designs.
