Sherwani for Groom, With Optional Khussa, Shawl and Turban

Build the whole groom look on one product page: choose a groom sherwani, have it made in a colour that works with the bride’s outfit, and add kurta pyjama, khussa, shawl or turban as paid extras. Length, sleeves and the amount of embroidery can change too, free unless you add heavy embroidery or ask for a major change, and you’re told any extra cost first. Before dispatch you see the finished sherwani on a live video call and approve it in writing. Open a design and message us on WhatsApp with your event dates.

Pakistani groom sherwani, event by event

Dressing for more than one event? Put every event date in your first WhatsApp message. If a date is close, the team checks whether that piece can be delivered in time and confirms the agreed date in writing. Choosing the bride’s outfit too? If you want the dulha sherwani to work with her colours, settle them first in our bridal collection, then pick your shade.

Groom dress for barat

Pick the barat sherwani for its cut and colour, then set the handwork: the embroidery on any design can be made lighter or heavier. For the full barat look, the turban and khussa can be added on the product page when you order.

Mehndi dress for groom

Want green or another bright shade for the mehndi? Any design can be made in that colour. For a lighter look than the barat, ask for less embroidery or a shorter length.

Nikkah and walima dress for groom

When the nikkah and barat fall on the same day, one sherwani can carry both. If you want the walima photos to look different from the barat, order the groom walima dress in another colour, even in the same design.

Sherwani colours

Choose the design first and name the shade afterwards: white, off-white, cream, beige, golden, maroon, red, blue and navy blue are all options, so a white sherwani for the nikkah and a maroon sherwani for the barat can share one design. For the darkest look, start with our black sherwani designs. On the video call before dispatch, ask to see the fabric colour under the available lighting, so you check the shade on the finished sherwani itself.

Sherwani design: length, cut and your own picture

Length can be changed on every design, so you can ask for a short sherwani. Sleeves, neckline and the amount of embroidery can be changed too, and parts can be added or removed. Have a picture of an open sherwani or another style you have saved? Send it on WhatsApp and we quote the price before making it.

Shawl, khussa and turban with your sherwani

Kurta pyjama, khussa, shawl and turban are paid add-ons, each listed with its price on the sherwani’s product page, so you can add them when you order. If you add them, ask to see them with the sherwani on the video call before dispatch.

Sherwani for men: fit without a trial room

Standard sizes and how to measure are in our sizing guide; we explain anything unclear, and in Rawalpindi or Islamabad measurements can be taken in person by appointment. Up to two inches of extra seam allowance is left for later alteration. If made-to-measure fitting differs from our agreement, alteration is free.

What you see before it leaves the workshop

Shadi Dress has made bridal wear since 2013, and every sherwani is cut, embroidered, stitched and finished in our own workshops, more than 35 of them. Images and video clips come to you on WhatsApp from the pencil sketch to shipping. On the live video inspection before packing, ask to see the front, back and full silhouette, the neckline and sleeves, close-ups of the embroidery, every agreed piece and the finished measurements. Feasible corrections are discussed while it is still with us, and it is dispatched only after you approve it in writing. In Rawalpindi or Islamabad you can ask to see it in person first, by appointment.

Courier or workshop collection

Sherwanis go by courier to serviceable addresses in Pakistan, Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar among them. Coverage in remote areas depends on the courier, and special arrangements are discussed with you individually. Tracking details are shared when available. Prefer to collect it? Ask whether workshop collection can be arranged before planning a visit.

Sherwani for groom questions

How early should the groom’s sherwani be ordered?

We advise ordering three months before the first event. Standard Delivery takes up to three calendar months and is free, and that period already covers making the sherwani and the courier delivery. Closer than that, Rush Delivery (up to 30 calendar days) and Super Rush (up to 14 calendar days) are charged extra and subject to confirmation; not every design can be accepted for Super Rush, so send us your date before paying. Timelines stay the same all year, wedding season included. Charges for each option are on our delivery options page.

Where is the sherwani price shown?

Every design shows its price in PKR, and each add-on shows its own price. Prices differ with cut, fabric and amount of handwork, and go up if you add heavy embroidery or make a major change; we tell you the extra cost before going ahead.

Can I cancel the order?

Groom wear follows our Return & Cancellation Policy. A written cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order gets a full refund. After that and before dispatch, 35% of the amount paid is deducted and 65% refunded. Once dispatched, there is no voluntary cancellation, and there are no change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds after delivery for a correctly supplied order. If something arrives faulty, wrong, missing or damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery where possible, with photos or video; remedies can include correction, replacement or refund.

How do I pay?

Use the payment options at checkout, or order on WhatsApp with at least half the amount upfront; cash on delivery isn’t available. The balance is paid before dispatch, and a digital invoice comes by email or WhatsApp. To start, open a design and message us; WhatsApp help is in Urdu and English, 9 am to 11 pm Pakistan time.
